BeyondBeormund is our training and outreach offer available to all schools.
We co-create a bespoke programme of support for your particular school setting taking into account your demands, expertise, staff capacity and skills set and your current cohort.
During an initial virtual meeting we can collaboratively establish your needs, vision, desired outcomes and time frame before we determine a personalised programme for your school and agree a pricing plan and payment option.

BeyondBeormund's bespoke school offer will undoubtedly upskill your staff team, develop their confidence and enhance staff wellbeing. When schools have a relational and aspirational behaviour policy in place, with agreed whole school behaviour strategies, a shared common language and behaviour scripts everyone begins to feel safe and secure at school. You collectively, as a team, are no longer reactive to behaviours that challenge. Instead your school is a place of calm, curious and empathic staff members who support ALL children whilst emotionally holding your most vulnerable.

Our Headteacher, Lisa Noel, has co-led Southwark council's Primary Behaviour Strategy for the last two years.
In response to the identified needs of Southwark mainstream schools, the Primary Behaviour Strategy culminated in two tangible outcomes:
- Southwark's first Annual SEND conference entitled Beneath the Behaviours - January 2025
- And the Southwark Primary Behaviour Intervention Toolkit
Lisa is also a member of the Transforming schools network, led by the London South Learning Partnership: Our Better Futures Team: Lisa Noel
